Joani has been wowing audiences as a singer, musician and entertainer for many years, performing on T.V., radio, concert and theatre stages, and in nightclubs.
As one of Vancouver's top studio singers, Joani's powerful voice has been heard on albums by some of the music industry's most popular artists such as Cher, David Bowie, INXS, and Jon Bon Jovi -- to name a few -- as well as on countless commercial jingles. Her live projects range from theatre to a busy schedule fronting some of Vancouver's top rock and R&B bands. She has performed on stage with the likes of Sheena Easton, Del Shannon, and Mellissa Manchester.
Vancouver born and based, Joani's current and recent projects include fronting her R&B band, The Homewreckers, and starring in as well as acting as Music Director on Jupiter Productions's Hooked On A Feeling.
A songwriter and arranger, Joani co-wrote two of the songs on Standing Up For Love. She arranged several of the selections on Born to Sing and was the producer on that project. She is currently charting her vocal arrangements for publication. With concert tours, school shows, club work, sessions, song-writing and arranging keeping her busy, Joani still finds time to play tennis, practice yoga, and laugh!
